"It’s been over a year. Communication does not happen regularly. It seems like everything gets pushed off. I have had a moldy car since July 2022 and there is no urgency to help. I am still having to make payments and have to drive my car even though it is hazardous to my health. There will be months where I hear nothing. The only thing I would say is that they need a more pleasant intake man. He was sort of rude and dismissive. My Lawyer assistant was Maritza.
