"My husband and I have only been here once, however the level of service was not up to my expectations at all. The first time I scheduled an appointment, I showed up to the office on time and it was closed. We were were not notified that they scheduled me on a day they would not even be working. To make matters worse, the day that I did manage to reschedule, I was assigned to a representative (Tetyana) that was, to put it lightly, not the friendliest of people. This was my first time learning about health insurances but instead of being walked through things step-by-step we were made to feel as though we were a nuisance, a bother and as though we could not make up our minds fast enough for them to put us under any random plan and get it over with. Certainly, I'm sure not every representative provides such low quality of service at this office, but unfortunately, we did not get so lucky."
