"Assureus provide me insurance for my new home. I failed to shop around and renewed with them. Decided to shop around and found coverage for 75% less with another agency. Since I canceled my policy mid-year I am owed a refund. Have been waiting for three months for my refund. Do yourself a favor, shop around before before you buy insurance from this agency. Get an agency who will listen to your needs and offer you the coverage you actually need and not the coverage which will earn Assureus the most money. The staff has been nice but given the high price I paid for insurance, and now the amount of time it has taken to get my refund, I do not recommend this organization."
