"Unfortunately I decided to use this firm, even though they are more expensive in their fees than others, thinking having a lawyer review the contract and oversee the transaction would provide a grater value than some title company. Well, I was wrong. 'For Sale by Owner' seller was a fraud, which I discovered on my own, but by that time Mr. Anon did a lien search, for which he charged me a $620 fee. I am an experienced buyer/seller of real estate but had never encountered such a high lien search fee! $250 was the max that I had ever seen, ever. Not only that, but I was a repeat customer, so for him to charge me for a transaction that never closed, and if it did, it wouldn't have been really bad business for him, which I had discovered and stopped... what a pity. Save your money and go somewhere else."
