This past year, hands down I have had to do everything myself, I was charged fees by an insurance company because agents now don’t care to do their jobs. I got more done on my own. It’s Beyond embarrassing! The people working here should be ashamed."

"Called this location for a quote. Spoke to Julie whom gave me a good quote. I asked her to email it to me. I never received the email. No follow-up call. I tried reaching her many times to move forward and was told she wasn’t in or was busy. I left messages and never heard back. Finally I asked the lady whom answered one day, if she could help me. She said she was with someone and could call me back in 10 mins. Never called me back. I gave up at that point and went elsewhere and actually ending up getting an even lower quote- so it worked out but wow terrible customer service at this location. UPDATE: someone from this location calls me questioning if I got my insurance from another Estrella location. Barely spoke English. But persistently asking if I ended up getting my insurance from another Estrella location. Not even an apology for dropping the ball and their lack of customer service. The most unprofessional people - incredible! Changed my review from a 2 star to 1 after this. Wow"
