"Having been on the insurance brokerage side I believe NSI's reputation in the marketplace has helped them place insurance with reputable, stable companies. I notified them immediately after Ian. They led me through the claims process, who I had to contact and confirmed what I had to ask for. There are still neighbors here who have not had their roof fixed or their walls but we have been in our completely restored house since the spring. We are both really pleased with their work."

"I am not entirely sure that this is a real company. The IVR (call menu) is not set up, the operators have no visibility into available agents, and the agents are hardly ever available. When available, the agents make little effort to support customers, and any effort they do make takes weeks and yields no results."
