"The worst! We placed a custom order for a sleeper sofa. Took a year to date to receive. The upholstery is fair at best, sub par for the price. The cushions do hold their shape, edges will never line up once used. I hate this couch. What a disappointment after waiting a year to receive. And the throw pillows do not have a zipper to remove and wash. Terrible. What a waste. I would do anything to give this thing back to Capri."
"We bought Capris furniture. It is comfortable, but the fabric faded very, very quickly. We registered a claim near the end of the warranty period and Capris basically said, as I understand it, if you use the furniture, the warranty is no good because whatever happens to it is "wear" not covered by the warranty. I bought a sofa from someone else at the same time, no significant fading even though it's in the same room. Vendor was helpful, agreed there was a problem, and offered to meet us half way. Would not buy again."
"If considering this brand you should understand their " Limited Warranty" as in none....quality is limited to looking good on display, but not for use. I tried to buy a locally manufactured product....but ...am more than disappointed in the quality and customer service just isn't there. If your a dealer....you should make an effort to fully understand the factory warranty and present it as limited ...in every way."
