"If you’re going to listen to any review, please listen to this one. I’m doing this on behalf of a family member that struggled for far too long with a lawyer that was only interested in stealing her money and not doing her job. she spent well over 10k during this time all to find out that she didn’t do anything on her behalf at all. they were in a custody battle and my family member had photos of bruising on her body and bruising on the kids body caused by the other party but this lawyer was so lazy and only money hungry, she never submitted not a single document. in the end where she asked for her files to see what she’s been doing, she was disappointed to see that nothing was being done at all and she had to start from scratch. the guy isn’t paying as much child support as he’s supposed to because this team failed to hold the other party accountable to show his financial statements. instead they went without showing theirs and paying little to nothing in child support, therefore causing another strain on a terrible situation all because this lawyer didn’t care to even try to do her job. on top of that, you could really see she doesn’t care for her clients because her customer service was overall terrible when confronted about her lack of work ethic. the cherry on top of it all tho was how much SHE OVERCHARGED her. i took a look at her statements and there’s no way a simple conversation should cost almost $400 dollars. if you’re looking for someone who won’t put you in a financial hole and that treats you right and actually cares to do her job, keep looking because this one’s not it. do better."

"Had a terrible experience with Nexcy and her office . She did not perform in court , she allowed false evidence against me to be used that same day in court when there is a time limit to submit evidence , she did not strike down. I had evidence for her to present to show my case is a defamation yet she didn’t do anything about it , She kept billing me for every single thing yet in court she did not perform or did anything , she allowed the other parties attorney dictate everything in court. She kept billing me for every single thing you can imagine , phone calls , emails , anything that her paralegal and other employees would sent me. Her paralegal would only speak to me for a few minutes to notify me of things that were already submitted in court which I already had per the courts, yet her office wanted to let me know and I was charged for thatridiculous amounts for 3-7 minute conversations that I would cut short because I’d explain to her I already knew what she was trying to notify me of. Still charged me a for that as if it was a long conversation. In summary I’m about I $6k-7k in the hole with my case and STILL dealing with my case as of now. Even as I when I was firing her she was trying to charge me just to sign a document terminating her services $ 275 ! I’m glad I have someone else who I see is actually doing the right thing and not stealing money from me. I recommend anyone to seek elsewhere , I will be reporting her to the Florida Bar. People like her do not deserve to be attorneys."
