"Stay away from this title company. Most of the reviews on google are true unless you want headache before closing and after. The only positive review is written from a broker who uses this company. He's no better in doing real estate business with either; both are unprofessional."

"I am Missy McAmis Licensed Real Estate Broker - 5 states. Pro Title Owner/President, only one doing closings, Tonia Lucius. Buyer’s side chose this title company. 3/30 under contract, closing 4/20. Closed 4/24. In brief summary, notice, was provided on 3/31 of the need for a corrective deed, it took this individual two weeks to prep and submit, corrective deed, which she did not send FedEx label for return, she left it up to the individual and it went snail mail, from not a metro area in Michigan, less than one week prior to closing. Needless to say no one knew where it was on the days prior to and of closing. I strongly suggested it be resent with FedEx label, and the previous owner could resign and FedEx that deed, trackable - she advised me it was their choice on how to send it and was it not her problem because they wanted to send it by snail mail. I explained to her that she is the uninterested third-party and it’s her responsibility to properly, professionally and timely with reasonable care and skill to get clear to closing on time and close which includes assuring that documents are returned, and trackable that are detrimental to closing. The settlement statement was incorrect. Those terms were well defined within the four corners of the document. After multiple source requests, the escrow deposit was received one week after the deposit was logged. I advised that I prefer to be involved and to be copied in correspondence and documents, she did not do that and documents needed to be requested, including title commitment, which took another seven days to get her to send. She personally advised me, she personally talked to the seller on multiple occasions, seller denies this having only ever talked to the receptionist up to that point. She was rude and argumentative with most every conversation, and was missing dates on documents for closing. They all seem like little things, but overall this is an indication of her professionalism and ability, I would and will not recommend good performance or respectful communication expectations from this office. I grade 1 star, because in the end she did get the transaction closed."

"7/28 Stopped by to pick up copy of closing documents, "to be emailed". 8/2 Morn & Aft called with no successful response. 8/2 Emailed Tonia, no response. 8/3 Called & VM not available, only rings 8/4 Called 9:09am, spoke with Tonia, said will mail documents & scan to my email-Never received that day. 8/8 No answer, VM morning. 8/9 Picked up in person as closing documents was never mailed as agreed by Tonia. Overall, Not professional, Not recommended."

"Wow not many good reviews for Pro Title and there won’t be one from me. We experienced all the negative points made by previous reviewers and then some! I surprised the company is still active. We bought our house from a court appointed trustee (who deserved her own negative review) and Pro Title were the appointed agent. Poor to no communication, consistently chased by our agent to progress the sale and then to procrastinate for 6 weeks after to sale to file the sale documents with the county clerks office which delayed our applications for building permits for needed work on the home. We have bought a number of homes over the years and I can honestly say this was, by far, the worse purchase we’ve experienced."

"WOW what a poor experience with Pro Title of Florida, Inc in Fort Myers FL. The owner and lead agent Tonia is unresponsive and lacks basic communication skills. We were delayed a week on the closing for my buyer due to the title company follow through . The staff as no answers since their hands are tied from their boss for any information for all involved. I would steer very clear from this company for any transaction. I wouldn't be surprised if they go under. Believe the negative reviews!"
