"Run don’t walk stay away rude, rude, rude. I am a RN of 27years and I take care of a 86yr old gentlemen with Parkinson’s the past 4 yrs who lives on the beach off Gulf Shore. I had just got him discharged from NCH baker where we had been there for 7days for RSV, and Bronchits. My patient knew I was out of my vape and this is close to the house so he wanted to treat me and asked me to stop. When I walked in the store the manager greeted me with a ho hum attitude. I quickly picked out two vapes I wanted and proceeded to the counter. I had my patients wallet and handed him the Amex my patient wanted me to use and his ID. He said he could not except the ID because he was not in the store. I explained my situation and asked if he wouldn’t mind just looking out the window or walking outside that he is in the passenger seat of his Tesla. He immediately got nasty stating “that is not my job”! I at first thought wow? I explained my situation that he can only use a walker or his wheelchair, he was just discharged from hospital etc. and there is no way I could get him into the store. Could he please just look out the window or just go say high to him. He again got nasty and said I need to follow the company policy. I said I am trying to follow the company policy it states you need a credit card with a matching photo ID. I told him I have that and the gentlemen is right outside the door could you please just go say hello to him. He got really nasty stating mam! I have already told you twice I am not going to you need to follow the rules. I was very upset at this time and just purchased my vapes. Explaining to him that the card I will now be using is his business card with my name on it so I can purchase his supplies etc. so I grabbed his business card out of my 5,000 dollar Chanel purse.. {YES, I think I am not gonna rip you off for some 20 dollar vape! } I did not have time to drag my patient to another location for he needed to get home on his oxygen. Upon leaving I asked for the owners name and number and he refused to give it to me stating “ I am the manager and I handle all complaints” I said well your being uncooperative and not handling my complaints or concerns”. He said to me again “ Why don’t you follow the rules”. I walked out of there flabbergasted I just could not believe I was treated that way nor my patient. What if I was purchasing them for him? Would he still have said no nor walked outside etc. Just totally rude and uncalled for. I have shopped here about 4 times total because its so close but now I don’t care if I have to drive 10 miles I will never be back there again.."

"Misleading staff who will become combative when called out later for a misleading sale. Edit: Filter on one star reviews and see it’s obvious they’ve bought the 5 star reviews. Trash employees. Trash policies (maybe expecting to take advantage of vacationers? Coming from a resident.) Seems like possibly also fake products judging by reviews. Response to owner: OH! So you were there witnessing your employees lie about the details of the product I eventually chose? Or you were the one telling the lies?"

"Purchased a S tech Cartbox Monday the second. Had the device less than 24 hours and the device battery leaked and destroyed my 60 dollar cart my TShirt and I’m out 25 bucks because the owner wouldn’t even talk to me. Only talked to the one guy. Battery Acid got on my shirt and ruined my 60 dollar shirt, and I’m out a 60 dollar cart, and a 25 dollar device. Told me to contact the manufacturer when the manufacturer does not even have a Website. How do I contact the manufacturer when I can’t even find a Website. 100 percent unless you want to be screwed over. Employees were very friendly no disrespect towards them. Just they work for a selfish boss with no morals. I would have easily been fine with upgrading devices if they gave me a small discount. I would have bought a 90 dollar battery. Instead I was told to spend another 30 dollars on a “Reputable Battery” I was told that the one I purchased was by the employee prior to the trip today. The employees wandered around talking to the manager. The kid mentioned a 5 percent discount. I was fine with that.Came in yesterday and spent 50 dollars and now ended up spending way more because of this faulty product with no way to make it right. 100% if you are in Naples do not go here.
