"Shawn and Ray run an extremely honest store. I come here often for the herbal teas. They are always upbeat, and despite what mood you’re in, you can’t help but have a positive experience and leave with a smile on your face. There are stores within 5 minutes of where I live and Merlins is about 15 minutes away, but I can assure you it’s worth the drive. They always try to provide customers with the best prices and they truly care about their customers. They know almost all customers on a first name basis, and they are always upbeat and willing to go out of their way to accommodate anything you need. if there’s a certain item that you want and they don’t carry it, they will order it for you without question. Very few stores nowadays seem to truly care about their customers, but Merlin’s main goal is customer service and clearly prioritize customer retention and satisfaction. If you’re in the area definitely check it out."
