"I live out of state. Years ago, Bret Jones completely handled my elderly mother’s will, advance directives and (very small) estate trust. Bret is a kind and knowledgeable attorney. I work with many attorneys as part of my career. Frankly, I was shocked by his firm’s fantastic service. This week I called back with estate questions, his office staff accurately relayed my questions and Bret Jones called me back and patiently answered all of my concerns. After almost 5 years he had recall of my family and the legal documents he had prepared were perfect. I was fully prepared to pay for his time (almost an hour on the phone).
