"I live next door to this shop, I spend around $30 a day there and now choosing to stop giving them my money. I purchased two products to get a discount, the problem is that a hubbub occurred during the purchase, and don’t think I was ever given the second thing I bought. When I realized it, I went right back, two minutes later. I didn’t want to be rude so I suggested that something must have happened during the purchase that precluded me receiving the second item. Just to be fair, I offered to just buy it again and simply asked for the THREE DOLLAR discount again for purchasing two at once, which without any due diligence was denied. For the amount of money I spend there, including the more expensive times where they’re out of what I get, even though for a year now I’ve been getting the same thing and end up having to pay more for the alternative, the fact they wouldn’t even meet me at a discount of three dollars tells me all I now need to know. They’ll no longer be receiving the $30 I spend there a day. Their customer service is so bad, it’s not worth the convenience of walking next door. I’m not telling people not to go, but warning you that this is a shop that has no experience or want to offer good customer service. And that’s my issue, clearly three bucks is nothing, but you feel like nothing yourself when you spend that much money daily and the three bucks is worth more to them than your regular business. Beware, until they actually make changes in their customer service and desire to cultivate return customers, I’m taking the $600-$800 a month I spend there to places like Strange Cloudz who even though I don’t go in nearly as much actually know me and treat me as though they’re happy to have me the one time a week I come in. I’m just happy that I can hit their bottom line decently by myself, perhaps enough to make them rethink how they treat regulars, especially when the error very well could’ve been their own fault. I hope the financial hole I leave behind does some good."
