"Visited a while back (Oct 2022) and was helped out by a wonderful lady named Teresa. She helped us pick an awesome souvenir shirt for our son. It has been washed and stain treated many times and still changes color in the sun. My husband and I also purchased sun glasses. She did talk us into them a bit and I was skeptical of the free replacement no matter what. Well last week at the beach My husband broke his and I lost mine to the waves. It took less then 5 mins to go online and replace our sunglasses. They should arrive within a week. I figured it was time to leave a review because everyone should know these products hold up to the test of time, wear and they really do back their no cost replacement guarantee. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!"
"Absolute rip off. The shirts are generic, the workers are manipulative and will work your kids or will lie to get you to buy a shirt. Its cool when the color changes but as soon as you purchase the item and head outside you will immediately realized you got ripped off and the place is just a tourist/kid trap. Lady behind the desk that told me the shirt will continue to change colors once I left the store. It did. But it also rained that day and all the color changing ink bled out of the shirt all over my car and other belongings. Absolute rip off."
