"I've never been treated so poorly by a customer service rep before. Idk who the little old lady was that was working between 12 and 1pm and I can't repeat what she said to me here as I was leaving without trying on the clothes I left at the counter but I can tell you she was trying to threaten me by telling me her daughter is an attorney. I was able to find a dress I really liked with a return policy that's more acceptable but I will never spend money in this store again. The store I went to was Johns Pass Trading company and they treated me w a lot more dignity. I'm not surprised in your response. I hope people can see the truth in my post. Most times when I have a complaint about a store, they want to make amends and get trust back. Your behavior is also very defensive and strange, therefore lending credibility to my earlier post."
