"Thanks to Evan Conroy's prompt response to help address communication concern highlighted. We have been suggested by management company that this law firm has good record for handling delinquent home owners and our experience so far from past year is not at all good. We don't receive any communications from this law firm nor this firm answers any phone calls that our management company calls them and it has been a very frustrating experience from past few months. Calls and E-mails are are not returned/ responded. We have been suggested to shift to local attorney in Georgia so that we will have timely response."
