"I have been a customer here for a few years and have always had positive experiences. However, I came in last week and was attempting to exchange a D8 cart, as the one I had was defective and not working with my pen (it wasn't pulling and was acting like it was clogged). Can't remember who the associate was, but he gave me some very basic "Vaping for Dummy's" troubleshooting tips as if this was my first cart I've ever purchased. I've never had a faulty cart until that one. Anyway, I tried to exchange it with him, and he said that Iconic didn't do exchanges on consumables and that he could offer me a discount on a new one instead. That was extremely disappointing, even if it is a store policy. I've had other vape and wellness stores exchange faulty products before. I have spent A LOT of money in your store and am a familiar face. I typically never leave without spending $100 at your establishment. It would have been nice had he just exchanged it. Needless to say, I won't be returning to your store and will be shopping at Holy Moly Smoke Shop instead."
