"DO NOT HIRE, DO NOT HIRE. I have been working with this firm for over a year. Communication was accomplished only twice within the full year. The paralegal team always have to call you back hours or even days later after you have reached out several times. I personally had to reach out to my insurance company to recover my deductible a year later(no assistance). No communication from my so called paralegal as of 8/9/2022. The firm really needs to work on how to value customers. No update on my case status, not a clue if the law firm has filed a case against the defendant. no update calls, no concerns about the well being of the client at all. no response to the termination letter that was sent to them months ago. I would highly suggest finding another firm and staying far away from this one. Thanks Brandon L."
