"Should you wish to book a meeting through Apple with the Geek Squad at Best Buy, please note a potential communication barrier that appears to exist between the two companies. Two weeks prior, I arranged a visit to replace the back glass of my Iphone 14 Pro. However, when I turned up for the appointment, they not only lacked the needed spare part but a member named Julian asserted to me that there was no collaboration between Apple and them. His help was limited to dispatching my device to Apple and waiting for a week. What sense does this kind of liaison make if the encompassed services aren't fulfilled by your partners? It would do well to include a clear disclosure of your status as approved contractors to prevent Apple from directing repair service appointments for their phones to you."
"Long wait, not available products, the check in system not effective or efficient.. worst service, We had to go to the Hialeah one and the experience was totally different, the check in associate offered assistance quick and went over the different options in watches and even though there was not available colors she offered to order on line."
