From the young black female to the Hispanic male supervisor, just incompetent. Yall misplace people packages and have the nerve to have an attitude, no thanks. Id rather go through the tedious process of changing my address than to look at these people one more day. Yall better remember; it's the customers that affords you the ability to be employed. To the person that reads this review, this might not hit home until you are standing in line waiting on them to find your package that says it was delivered..."

"I visited this location for the first time last week and was immediately greeted with a warm presence. The store is quite larger than others i’ve visited in the past. Sabrina assisted me with my returns and was extremely helpful and patient. I mistakenly selected whole foods for my returns and she even went as far as adjusting my returns for me and insuring i could drop it off there. Overall great experience from start to finish.❤️"

"These guys are usually good except when they want to rush out when closing. I had to drop off a last-minute URGENT order for a client. They close at 7 pm. I got there at 6:55. The door was already closed. They barely acknowledged me, let alone open the door. I guess they've got the itch to get out of there. ********* Update: franchise owner called to get more information about the above. I shared evidence about the times and explained his reply contained erroneous factual information. He was a bit defensive but agreed to look further into it. Added a star for effort."
