"2 days after renting - loaded two vehicles full of furniture/kayaks and other items and drive to the storage unit. Both driveways were blocked and access to the entire facility was denied. Made phone calls for over an hour and now 2 days later still have not received a phone call back as requested. The customer service rep said “letters were sent out you should have known” I asked them how would I have received it since I just rented on Friday and it was Sunday attempting to access my unit. Not a 1-star because I like the unit and appreciate the location and ease of access."
"U-Haul sent me to this address to return equipment however, it is closed with the gate. After turning around and pulling into the main parking lot, I was met by a gentleman who immediately was nasty and told me I could not leave this drop off because they had no room. I tried to explain that U-Haul had me bring it there as a return. Since it’s a trailer, I try to park temporary since I was blocking the entrance and another employee got nasty with me. Whenever I try to speak to him he didn’t stop and actually listen. Instead he got on the phone and tried to push me off to another location at which point I told him that’s not possible because I have to be somewhere and I’m not driving another 40 minutes out of my way. Then finally, he had me drop it across the street after opening the gate and continued his attitude as if I was an inconvenience for him. Overall very unprofessional do yourself a favor and stay away from this place because they’re all in a bad mood."
