"Very helpful, I went by to print out a prayer for the funeral of my brother-in-law and my old phone would not send. The owner Mr. John was wonderful. He tried to fix my phone - Thanks. John and his employees have gone ABOVE and beyond for every single shipping AND receiving request I have given them over the past 14+ years. That is a long time for one business to NEVER disappoint….they have only ever impressed me and my husband on every level. "Collectively the most incompetent group of employees that I have ever encountered. All but 1 were at least polite, they get the 1 star I suppose. They lost my online order prints, and the employee helping me spent about minutes complaining about reprinting them before finally logging in to the portal to do so. Once they located the document the employee continued to stand there and tell me what a pain it was to access the document to reprint it and that I should have just emailed it to them…as if I was somehow supposed to know this, despite the existence of an online printing portal on their website. It’s a shame, they’re quite convenient when I need color prints for work but I’ll drive the extra mile or two to Office Depot in the future."
"This is my favorite UPS Store location, I didn't know it was there until very recently because it's tucked off into a quiet little corner. But I am so glad I found it! It's one of the only locations in my area that opens as early as 8AM, I work at 8:30AM M-F so it's made my regular package drop-off's significantly easier rather than having to wait until the weekends to drop my packages off! And they are all so quick and kind."
