"In summary, he’s the best notary I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. You will be pleased with the experience from start to finish. I can say that I’ve had forgettable Notary services in the past, but Shane was definitely not just someone that I will forget and I can definitely say that I will be using him again if I am ever in need of notary services. This particular rating I’m going full effort and justify I each star. So first off, the most important part of a notary experience is flexibility and for this, shane gets 2/2 stars in this category. I rescheduled on him at the last minute. He was fully booked for a couple of weeks and offered to come sign on a Saturday. I’ve never had a notary that did that before and the fact that he empathized with my situation enough to carve out time from his family to come help me out meant a lot to me. Appearance is a 2/2. I can say that I’ve had notary public experiences where the notary looked a bit sketch. I’m not saying that you have to show up in a full custom tailored suit for me to trust you, but I’ve had a guy show up in a polo and blue jeans to a signing before. Shane... well he showed up in a tailored suit. Nothing says, ‘this guy can be trusted with my entire identity’ like a guy that presents himself in a professional manner and looks like he can confidentially handle my affairs without passing judgment or making me worry that he will sell my identity to someone. Can’t say enough how impressed I was with his presentation. And finally he gets a 1/1 for overall service. The guy is a master at his trade. He had my documents packaged, printed, and he knew exactly where I needed to sign, where the other party needed to sign, and where he needed to sign/stamp just by looking at how thick the stack was. I don’t know if he had a list of documents hidden somewhere out of sight as a cheat sheet but the second I was like, “hey let me read that one over again” he pulled it out like he knew what number that particular page was without even looking."
