The young girl (I believe her name was Skye) that helped us was so helpful and understanding of what we wanted. They cut the mat and framed it and it couldn’t be more perfect! "Awesome place, I always spend too much money there because I love crafting. 4 stars because the cashiers don't use the scanners??? Everything has to be typed in manually???? That's insane, like the size of the lines, and there were plenty of cashiers. Management needs to stay up with the times and have scanners like every single store in the US! Step your game up corporate and join the 21st century....... P.S. The cashiers were fantastic and fast as humanly possible, and the lead cashier/manager was excellent at running around and helping people. Best customer service I have seen in a long time. Oh and lastly there were people all over the store that were very knowledgeable about where everything is. Great job all. I hate going places and there's no one there to help ..."
