"UPDATE** the owner contacted me and went above and beyond to right this situation. Thank you so much Jason! *** I have been coming here for a couple of months. And have loved it. However, there have been some issues lately that I don’t understand. I always buy the funky republic passion fruit kiwi lime. I love it and it last a long time. The owner always has me test them in the store. And they work. There have been a couple of times where it takes it a second before it works. However, out of the last 8 that I’ve bought 4 of them have stopped working a few minutes later. Fully charged and completely full on the display. I have brought this to the owners attention a couple of times. And although they are apologetic nothing else has been done. I thought maybe it was a bad batch from the company. Well I just had my husband go pick one up for me cause I’m sick at home. I open it up, take one hit it works. Go back to is and it won’t do anything at all. I’m bringing this to your attention so that maybe you can reach out to the company. Cause this is not normal for half of them to not do anything. Especially at $25 a piece. I kept going back because I really liked the store and the product and the owner. But since it keeps happening and I’m just out the money each and every time- I give up. I’m going to go somewhere else from now on. I am not blaming the defect on the owner, however, I do feel that if I bring in a fully charged and completely full vape that doesn’t work- that I should be compensated some how for that. At this point it’s $100 worth of these that are no good. Please reach out to your vendor cause this shouldn’t be happening so often."

"Me and my boyfriend have been loyal customers to OG smoke depot for a couple years now. First of all, the owner is a GREAT guy. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always makes sure you leave happy. If you are looking for a good, reliable smoke shop he’s got EVERYTHING smoke/vape related. He always has deals, lets you test new vapes that have just come out, gives good recommendations, lets you make sure you’re happy with your purchase before leaving, and also has a points system to help you get even more deals. A lot of smoke shops around here sell fake vapes and tell you that they’re real sadly, but NOT HERE. I’ve never had a problem with a vape I’ve gotten from here, they’re all real and verified. We really appreciate you man. Truly a stand up guy and smoke shop!!"

He is always so helpful and he even ordered special coils that he didn’t usually carry, I can’t thank him enough because most of the vape shops on the West side don’t have the coils I need. He is the first to order them for us! Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back every 2 weeks!"

"Bottom Line: Nice store, way overpriced. This appeared to be a well maintained, well stocked vape store. It really seemed to check all the boxes until I got to the register. Two bottles of juice and a pack of coils cost me 73 dollars?? I usually pay 40 to 50 for the same elsewhere. Won't be shopping here again."
