"My daughter went there after moving out of a local university and online it said that they were open she arrived at around 4 PM only to find that they were closed for “lunch” and she said outside, for God knows how long only for to be told that they couldn’t be helped due to computer issues so she had to come back then she had to go back again. This time she had all of her belongings they were closed yet again and many of the staff harassed her and made backhanded comments if I could give this establishment of zero, I would"

"*Updated, see below* If you want cheap storage, this is it. You also get homeless people living in the storage unit down the hall. The last 3 times I encountered them I reported it to the office and was told their lease was not being renewed and they would be gone. Months later, there are still extension chords running down the hall into their unit to power their devices. I’ve been there when they were cooking somehow, smoking indoors and had their shirtless buddies on broken down bicycles hanging out. I’ve watched the shirtless guy on the bicycle sell trinkets tthe lady that works in the office so I assume that this is condoned. I wouldn’t write a public negative review if I hadn’t exhausted all other means of resolution. I’ve left voicemails for management, I’ve spoken to them face-to-face on multiple occasions and I’ve shown them the unit and the extension cords and all of the things involved and nothing has been done. Update…. Still nothing has changed. Took pictures of the unit being lived in and their extension cords that are now hidden better. Hey management, go take a look at unit 201."
