"Was given a quote on 3 guys moving a one bedroom apartment and end up to be $500 over the quote. Very Misleading Company! Had 3 men show up at 8:45 and didn’t start working until 9 but was charged with an 8:30 start time. At $185 an hour- there is $90 more. One of the men says to me that they were late because he didn’t get to sleep until 4am so overslept. They took a couple of breaks- smoking away my money - there’s another $100! All three were very slow and complained going up and down stairs. All in all- a 4 hour job that I was quoted turned into 6 hours! When they called me to get payment the rude employee told me I should have stopped them after 4 hours and do the rest of the move myself! Real professional there!! They dropped my TV and had to plug it in to see if it still worked and when I unloaded at my new apartment, I was missing a large box the had all my kitchen glassware. They probably dropped that as well and kept it on the truck so I would see the broken pieces! Stay away from this company!"
