"I came in to print a flyer for an event and was having issues with color matching for my digital copy versus print. Jay was SUPER helpful and patient when I was trying to match the exact color I needed. Not to mention she was the only one working the print station, however she was multitasking by helping other customers and answering the phone every time it rang all with a smile on her face. I really appreciated her expertise and advice when helping me solve my problem."
"Bought chestnut colored bookshelves I saw on display in the store. They were sturdy and easy to assemble. I went back to buy a third bookshelf. The store was so busy that I had to wait in the checkout line for assistance. When it was my turn, the cashier told another associate via radio communication the bookshelf I wanted and it was brought to the checkout line. I paid for it and a associate loaded it in the car. Great team work and outstanding service. This team deserves a raise!"
