Two Men and a Truck

"Movers struggled to disassemble and assemble furniture. Very slow. Took 11 hours to fill and offload one truck. No communication between office staff and me. When problem came up the manager spoke to movers not with me. Very frustrating. Normally the manager would check with us mid day to see how the move was going. Worst move we have ever had. We have previously used 2 men and a truck many times. Would not recommend."

"I used their services on January 30, 2024. Didn't have much to move, but the movers were efficient and easy to work with. The appointment was easy to schedule and the cost was within the estimate (on the low end of the estimate!). Had no problems with any part of the service. They arrived on time and were finished quickly. Highly recommended!"

"The person Tyler who I spoke with to set up my move was fine as was the two movers that first arrived on the job. A second crew was sent to our home to move a very large table even though we told them we would keep the table in a spare room. The additional movers came anyway and when entering the property, the truck hit the pillar to my entrance. When I received the bill, I asked why they did not deduct the hour we spent assessing the damage to my pillar and taking pictures. The office told me they sent additional to move the table even though we told them not to come. Still waiting to get my pillar fixed."

"The actual movers were great. One of them unfortunately broke my Big Green Egg taking it off the moving van and shattered it. Before paying them at the end of the day i spoke to the manager on the phone and they agreed they would pay to replace it with a new one. I paid my bill in full, then followed up with them with what a new egg costs. They then backtracked, said they’d only pay me for the value of a used egg (mine had only been used maybe 3-4 times) they also said they wouldn’t replace the stand which was also damaged, and then had the nerve to say they under priced my job and I owed them more money!! I’ll never used them again as they certainly don’t stand behind their word if something gets damaged. In the end they offered me $400 for a $1400 item that they broke. It’s super unfortunate because the frontline workers were really fantastic."

"We just had our newly reupholstered (very large) sofa delivered. The truck arrived promptly and Miguel and Steven were the delivery guys. Both were extremely efficient, careful, and very strong to easily handle the job. Their personalities were great and we will definitely ask for them by name next time!"
