"I lost my keys and had to come to Extra Space Storage to get some things from my unit. The man there was so nice. He drilled out my old lock and I bought a new one to put on. It was quick and sweet! Thanks so much for making it easy to replace my lock."

"I rented a 5’x12’ drive up storage unit. Upon arrival, the plastic tag on the latch described the unit as 5’x10’. The attendant opened the door, assured me that it was really 5’x12’ and went on her way. I have a 12’ board which I sat on the floor but it extended past the door. Using my tape measure, the unit measures approximately 11 feet deep, back wall to the roll up door. It’s 12’ measuring to the apron outside the door which is unusable “extra space”. Setting up a rental is easy using the contact free app, but I wound up calling to ask some questions anyway. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and explained the charges that I would be incurring. There is a $29 setup fee and they make you buy their barrel lock, about $20 more. I was told that my own disc lock would NOT fit but I see that isn’t really the case. I saw another unit with their barrel lock and another lock as well. At least the barrel lock can’t be pried or cut off, making it appear more secure. There is security code gate access until 10pm. The Holiday Extra Space location seems clean, and trash free but there are large areas without light after dark. The floodlights are there, but are not turned on. I observed some folks trying to load belongings into their unit while holding a flashlight! I got lucky as my unit has a working light fixture across from it."

My experience with Kim and the kindness with the professionalism shown during the roughest time I my life has been more than outstanding! If only there were more people like her then life would be even more of a joy to live!!!"

"It’s a real great storage facility. The assistant manager Kim is awesome. She’s on top of her game and always available when I have a problem or need to purchase packing material. She’s always pleasant and works hard to keep the grounds in tip top shape and retail office tidy."
