"We liked the "quality of work" Charles & the crew did for us. However, there is one thing that 'haunts me', every time I want to use my toaster oven. My wife was anxious to see her kitchen back together. So, at the time, I was focusing on the work being finished. One day, Charles said something to the effect of, "I'm going to take this wall outlet out, because I added outlets further down the counter." At the time, I hadn't given it future thought as to 'when' I was going to purchase a toaster oven, so I had nothing to say. Now, I wish the outlet would have been "left IN the wall". Turns out, after we got the Toaster, the oven's short-cord comes out the right side of the oven. According to Murphey's Law; Exactly where the outlet was removed from the wall. So now, every time I want to use my toaster oven, I kick myself and get "reminded of that day", because I have to forever, keep a 2-foot Extension-cord plugged onto the oven's short-cord, just to reach electricity, "further down the counter"... If you're wondering, is there an outlet to the left? Yes; but the oven's cord won't reach that outlet either. ...Other than that, they did a good job."
