"Whoever answered the phone on 10/3/23 at 4:47pm was awful and rude with absolutely no customer service skills. They most likely lied on their application and hate showing up for work. I called 2 location before this and both location were able to answer my question with ease. It was obvious this person was having a bad day or simply did not want to find the answer. When she told me she couldn’t give me the answer I asked why if 2 location did before her and all of a sudden the answers appeared. I understand you might hate your job but have the decency to at least be nice or just don’t answer the phone. I’m happy to take my business somewhere else."
"Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Will never use this store or UPS again. They took $115 for overnight delivery, but package arrived 3 days later. They said weather, but there was no weather. Package arrived in Richmond at 6 am on day of guaranteed delivery and needed to get to Norfolk which is 90+ min drive, but it took 48 hours. Unacceptable. Beware!!!!"
"I always have a pleasant experience at this UPS location. Staff, especially Aurora are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Always greeted when I come in and acknowledged if there is a wait. Store is clean, parking can be sparse on a Saturday since there are other businesses in this shopping center."
