"Actually most of the employees here are great except this woman with dark hair. She seems miserable. Wasted my time and other people's time over a very simple return. She needs to find a new job or should have called in sick if she wasn't feeling well. Other than her this place is great!"

"I love this UPS, I only go to this one! It is conveniently located and always open at the most beneficial times. Sam was so awesome, he taught me how to return my packages and his has such patience! Every worker there is kind and very helpful! Overall, the easiest way to return or send packages!"

"I came to return 5 Amazon boxes/things. There were no people in line & Isaac was so rude & refused to assist me saying I needed to do it myself!! I told him there is no people would you please just take them & process the returns it will be easier & he said no “it will be faster for you” if you do it. In fact No it wouldn’t be faster for me!!! It would be easier for him!!. There was another woman who was being helped at the counter with all her Amazon returns. Other times other nice UPS employees who enjoy helping people have taken me in the counter when there are no lines & they have been very nice. So they make exemptions. But Isaac had no desired to work or help a customer. I don’t care if supposedly Amazon says now that if you have more than 3 items you do it yourself. UPS can still “choose” to give great customer service !! Specially if they are not busy. Isaac was SO rude to & happy to tell me “NO you’ll have to do it yourself”!!! And walked away!! that is why this store has less than 5 stars & is on its way to less than 4 at this rate!!"
