"I have been to this location multiple times (probably weekly) with Amazon returns and just standard shipments out. Every time I am in the store, I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and kindness shown by a young woman with long hair and glasses (I suspect she is the manager). There have been multiple times where the line gets long and she is so patient with the customer and knowledgeable about pricing/policies. There was a specific occasion where I suddenly got the worst itch in my throat and had a coughing fit. She immediately asked if I was okay and offered to get me water. My most recent visit in, a newer employee was learning the ropes at the register with a line to the door. This woman repeatedly checked in on her and offered assistance when she seemed flustered. She’s efficient, kind, and literally just a star employee. I can only hope “undercover boss” comes in and finds her."
