"I shipped a package to my client from store #2552, the person at the desk took my item and said she would package it and ship it. My client received the wrong (somebody elses) package. I went to the store and was told by Monica that she would call me back after she tracked down the package. After 4 hours of waiting for a call, I returned to the store for answers. Monica was gone, clerk initially stated he couldn't call a manager but then put her on the phone. Monica stated that the packages go through a lot of hands and that she wouldn't be able to track the package until all of the packages from that day were delivered... 5 days from now. A simple follow up call would have been very helpful. I am very disappointed with the service, the store, and the lack of follow through. I will take my business elsewhere, I don't feel like these people can be trusted. This situation has caused quite a problem for me and my business."

"As a frequent online purchasing person I have utilized this establishment many times to ship items. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and the location is convenient. There is ample free parking available too. In addition, I've used the notary service. Very convenient. As all UPS stores, there are post office boxes available, copy and packaging services plus office supplies."
