"Absolutely pathetic customer service do not use this location especially if you're shipping international. They took my package gave me a tracking number, circled it, highlighted it, told me to go to ups.com and track it like usual did not tell me it changed his hands to the United States postal service immediately. Spend an hour and a half on the phone between several people at this location and also the distribution center Pensacola. No one would tell me that it just changes hands immediately and just try my tracking number on the USPS website. Then they try to blame me for not knowing this but I don't ship packages for a living.... NOR should ANYBODY at this location. I was told by Wendy the counter person and a person behind her helping her that printed out the receipt again circled it highlighted it and told me exactly what to do I guess when somebody physically shows you the tracking number and tells you to go to ups.com don't believe them figure it out for yourself. UPS in this area is usually pretty good but this location is absolutely deceitful, rude and unknowing of international shipping. Just use the USPS service for international shipping and save plenty of money and a lot of hassles, and runaround. The shipping rate for this package was 177.00 with UPS but with USPS it would have been 89.00. They didn't have the guts to just tell me they were ripping me off to my face when I mailed it or even over the phone to several local employees, and wanted me to just " call the main office" to learn they ripped me off."
