"The food was good but the restaurant was freezing! Not sure if the heater wasn't working or they just didn't turn it on. My food got cold quick due the temp in the dinning area."
"Arrives at 10 to 12 for lunch and the dining room looked crowded. But on closer inspection, a large was slowly leaving. We had a good experience, but things weren't as tidy as usual I don't think. With posters and signs everywhere looking for employees they seemed to be doing their best."
"Overall, the visit was decent. The food was good, as is expected from Panera. The service was adequate, and there were no complaints there. I could not give a 5-star review because of the little things. The glass doors were dirty, and small trash was all over the lobby area floor. The trash receptacles were top heavy with dirty dishes bused by customers. It was like the lobby had been forgotten. Free WiFi was apparently working well as there were individuals and small groups of customers using it. The customer service person knew nothing that was gluten-free and suggested I place the order on kiosk."
"Stopped in to see what kind of Vegan (Plant Based) Breads were available. Cashier told me they didn’t have anything plant based because it had wheat in it (LOL). I googled it myself and decided to get a French Baguette and a black pepper focaccia. Paid the $10 bucks but had to come back because they bagged up a cheese focaccia by “mistake.” Panera lags behind the rest of the world with vegan options. The word vegan (or plant based) is nowhere to be found on their menus or literature. No wonder I got the “deer in the headlights” look when I asked what vegan options they had there. Panera needs to educate their staff (cheese is not vegan and wheat IS). Got the bread home and it was stale and hard. Won’t be coming back. Panera has gone downhill."
"Excellent example of a Panera Bread Café. We eat here for Sunday brunch at least once a month. The over-easy egg bagel sandwich always great. And their catering is awesome, too. My personal favorite is the turkey, avocado, bacon BLT. Super tasty, and the cookie, excellent!"
