"Went into the restaurant with for my coworkers all five of our lunches were messed up. One guy's chicken sandwich the bone was hard as a rock another spicy chicken deluxe just had mayonnaise on it mine and another co-worker had quarter pounder with cheese with no cheese on it. Then one of the guys ordered a ice cream cone and when the girl pulled the ice cream cone she said there was two in there and the manager said serve it. The problem with that is there's paper that divides the two cones so his ice cream cone had paper in it"
"I ordered my meal online through the app no issues, the first girl at the window was so nice she told me to pull forward and wait for my food which i had no problem with but when my food was ready the girl who brought it out was very rude she pushed the bag into my hand and let go and walked away super fast. i know her name is noah and i believe she’s a manager. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE especially as a manger. if i could give this place a ZERO for service i would!"

"I work within walking distance of the Gulf Breeze, Tiger Point location. I order often through the ap. I order through the ap because it is supposed to fast and I am given a time when the order will be ready. The time given is never correct. I always end up waiting. Today (08/27/2023) I had had enough. I placed an order. The ap said it would be 2-5 mins for the order to be ready. I waited 7 mins because I had a customer at my work that held me over. I made it to the location to pick up my food that should have been ready, it was not ready. I was told they were waiting on fries but I can see a lot fries going to the drive thru from where I was standing. The wait happens everytime I order from the GB TP location. I waited an additional 15 mins in store for my order. Unacceptable. I will go to Arby's instead from now on."
