"Don’t spend your money here hoping that you will have your package delivered in time, because you won’t. I had to send 2 different packages OVERNIGHT, 2 different times. None of them arrived overnight/next day. However, I was charged for overnight delivery, both times, receipts were indicating next day delivery, as well. First package was sent to Atlanta and arrived after 3 days. Second package was sent to Dallas and arrived after 2 days. If you are not able to guarantee an overnight delivery or you guys are not sure when the package is going to arrive to destination then don’t full people around and overcharge them for services that you are not able to provide. This is an answer to the owner response. When the first overnight delivery was late 3 days, I was not happy, but I was blaming human nature. But, when it happened the second time, I realized that it is a norm for this office. I am not lying and I would not write an untruthful review. Be sure that I will stop by to ask for a refund for the services that I did not completely get. And yes, stop blaming others for your office poor customer service and bad reviews. Response to owner’s second reply, about me calling the number provided. Honey, I am not planning to call you and deal with you and your rudeness on the phone. I will actually stop by, soon. I can make some time for it, because I am planning, as I said, to get my money back."

"Took two customers into store before closing time but locked the door ~ before it was supposed to close I showed up at 1:55pm. She was talking and laughing that the door was closed and locked. Meanwhile two other customers showed up before two. She was too embarrassed to unlock the door for the customers ~ she stayed hidden behind the counter and buzzed them out. Disgusting customer service ~ if she had of said something i-t would be different but she chose to hide from the three customers instead of speaking to is"

"This location is absolutely amazing!! I walked in with a small Christmas tree, decorations and a few presents and they wrapped them up beautifully and sent them off to my sister and niece so they would be there before Christmas. They were extremely helpful and gracious even when it’s the craziest time of the year! This is the absolute best UPS store I have ever been to!"
