"I ordered at 12:37 pm and at 1:45 called the store because my order had not arrived. I was told the driver had left with my order and it was 8 minutes away. I told them I didn't want food that went into QC Tracker at 12:57, now 45 minutes later. I asked for a refund. They transferred me to a Manager but I sat on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. I have no food, no refund, no phone call after verifying my number. This is completely unacceptable."
"We had great pizza here. We picked it up and they were perfectly on time for us to get our pizza hot, but not have to wait for it. We will be back for more pizza."
"Sloppy, no toppings, no slices, and did not taste good. Neither pizza nor cheesy bread was cut into slices. More than half of each pizza was just crust. Ordered an onion and banana pepper with garlic parmesan sauce but received no toppings. Cheesy bread was diving out of the box. How could you really sell this to someone and expect it to be ok? Plus, had to wait over 50 minutes for the order. Take said it was ready. Went inside and my husband waited another 35 minutes. Threw $40 away. Wish I could give negative stars."
"There’s a reason this Dominos has 3 stars. The food does not look appealing/ presentable & the taste is just as bad. It just doesn’t taste good like other dominos. Do not recommend this dominos"
"Where do I even begin. This happened 10/19/2021. They will not answer the phone. I have called 4 times waited 20 minutes, no one ever answered. I ordered a medium pizza with extra pepperoni. Received a pizza that was under cooked and barely any pepperoni. The cheese was not all the way melted. It was still in its shredded state. Also, the bread was not rolled all the way out is was folded and baked folded then sauce was not on most of it. Then, my order has 8 wings on it. The Buffalo sauce was drizzled a crossed 5 of them the other wings had no sauce. The only thing that they got right was the 4 extra ranches I ordered."
