Whoever was on the other line gave quite the response when he could have just asked for the address where we need picked up. The pain in your legs from walking is more worth it than talking to whatever clown operates this business."
"Improper business practice. The driver stopped on our trip and picked up another rider and charged him his full fare even though he was on the way to our destination. They double dipped cab fares when they should have discounted us the fare of the other individual’s trip. Not to mention they shouldn’t have even picked anyone else up on our trip during COVID-19."
