"The people were very nice however the self-serve printer was non-functional so they took me to the back area so we could print three pages. They (actually I printed one of the files myself) printed the three pages and then charged me $10 for three 8 1/2 x 11 pages. I don’t mind paying a reasonable cost for a printout. However, this is not reasonable and from now on, I will go to Office Depot or somewhere else, where 3 pages would be much much less."

"The manager Alexis was very personable and professional she showed me what customer service was It is rare that you find someone who works in a fast paced environment that is so personable with the customers and lets them know that they are going to well taken care of and leave with a smile. Very nice person in general. She is the first person at the Foley ups store besides one other person from awhile ago, is nice that I have met that worked there. So I just wanted to leave a review for Alexis the manager. 20 stars ⭐️ God bless"

"Busy season on a Saturday. 6 people ahead of me and I was out of there in 10 minutes. I’m impressed and will use this store before others in Baldwin county. The blonde lady was very nice and good at her job."

"Went to return a Dyson product. The lady working rudely told me they don’t take items without boxes and proceeded to tell me how that one would take a particular box and how much money it was going to cost me. I told her that the guy with the Dyson customer service told me I could come and just drop the product off. She said he was completely wrong and that I needed to go back and figure out what to do. I did go back home and call Dyson and they told me they do have a direct account with UPS just like AT&T and DIRECTV does. I have dropped off those products outside of the box as well. So I took a reference number from that lady at Dyson went back to the UPS store and Foley only for the lady to rudely act like I was wrong then say oh I need a reference number to look it up and then once she did realize it was In the system, she says oops sorry about that. Well she didn’t spend the last hour going back-and-forth trying to figure out what was going on when in fact, it was her being rude and inconsiderate and not doing her job. This is not the first time I’ve had a terrible experience at the store."
