"Three stars cause the system won't let u type in ur card number n information the system shuts down as if it card fraud. That's what the guy At Prattville store said anyway. But home depot didn't mind taking my boss card # n info over phone. So 4 our trailers got new lights n wires thanks to home depot. I'm sure it's a safty feature but in today's world everything is on computer (AI) and cameras recording at every isle n corner. Nobody gets away with things like that anymore."

"Who doesn't like Harbor Freight? If you need a particular tool for a reasonable price you can't beat it. I find myself in here probably once a week. Sure the tool quality isn't the best, but the price is excellent especially for specific tools that you might only use a few times a year. Customer service at this location has always been helpful and great to work with."
