"Tracey at the Davis highway location is an amazing employee, she was so sweet & so helpful. I am Super happy with this insurance company. Tracey went above & beyond in helping me. She got my policy to go down $40, which is amazing. Other places were quoting me for $100 more, which I couldn’t afford. I am SO happy I found acceptance insurance. I’m new to Florida so I wasn’t sure what to expect or how much insurance would be here, it is a little more expensive but it’s worth it because I get free road side assistance with my insurance, (which is definitely a plus). Tracey explained everything so well, (which made me happy) because my last insurance person never went over the policy with me. I knew I had insurance but I didn’t know anything about my coverage or policy. I know it might seem like common sense to them but I don’t know much of anything about insurance or coverage or what not. Tracey explained my plan & the perks I got with it & how everything would work & she even went into the DMV portal & updated my insurance so that I didn’t get suspended because they usually wait 48hours to report it & I had until the 6th or else they were going to suspend my license.
