"The place is incredible but unfortunately the Manager MARTHA doesn’t have the proper training to deal with her job position. We were at the cashier paying our stuff and we were watching the way she was treating a girl in a very disrespectful and humiliating way. The young girl works at TJX Headquarters in Framingham, Massachusetts. Even though the manager could have been partially right, which I’m unsure of, I was astonished by the extremely inappropriate way of the manager addressing the customer. What type of company culture is that of treating the people in your same company that way. It even made the girl shed a tear. As a very constant costumer of TJX stores, after experiencing this , it completely changed my perspectives towards the company and desire to even purchase again. Honestly MARTHA is not capable of having this job position because she doesn’t know how to treat customers and of course behaving like that will not be a good example for the employees that are under her. I’ll suggest her to be removed from this job position so you guys will avoid incidents like this plus loose customers in the future like me."
"The place is great, but the wait time is outrageous. Week day 2pm, I stood in the line for 20 minutes, although there were only two people in front of me. How is this possible, I regretted coming here at all."
