"Absolutely incompetent. We purchased an $11,000 Traulsen fridge through Anchor Restaurant supply. The fridge was to be installed on a yacht and the sales rep, Keith was made aware of our tight time frame to have the fridge delivered before the vessel left florida for the Bahamas. When the due date for the fridge arrival came Keith informed us that the fridge would now be arriving 2 weeks later than promised. I contacted Traulsen Directly and found the Keith had forgotten to place the order for 10 days causing the delay. When I asked Keith how this could happen his reply was "what do you want me to do?" From that point on we delt directly with Traulsen sales department. Thanks to them they expedited the fridge, communicated with us on its progress and it arrived before our departure date. Avoid using this company, they are unprofessional and incompetent. Deal direcly with Traulsen sales and save yourself the hassel."

"I bought 2 items and returned them 2 days later and the gentleman at the couter says that I cannot return them.There is a sign to the left of the counter that says there is a 10% restocking fee for returned items that I pointed out. He said the sign was right in front of me at the front counter. I said you mean the sign that says no returns on PPE items? I bought a glass vinegar container and Pourers for bottles. I questioned this and he said no returns. I said you might want to take down the sign they have and add another that says absoulutely no returns. I asked to talk to the manager and he said no there is "Nothing to talk about". I said clearly there is something to talk about. He did not apologize or doing anything in terms of customer service. He basically told me to f off and leave. Ridiculous service. Very disappointing."
