"I thrift all over south Florida and this has to be the most overpriced stuff & rudest staff I’ve experienced. Was going to spend $50 in their store, and wanted to purchase a lamp. There was no price on it, and they refused to sell it to me because it had “just been put out.” They said they were unable to price it on the spot, which is ridiculous. While being so over the top rude about it. How was I supposed to know something out on the floor was not for sale because they hadn’t priced it yet? Perhaps they should focus on pricing items before they go in the floor. Will not be returning!"

"Absolutely my favorite resale shop in and around Jupiter! The manager at Quantum House Resale, Rhonda, is wonderful, as is their selection of clothes, home decor, and furniture. Pricing is super reasonable, and items are high end and in great condition. Displays are a visual delight and give this store a high end feel. Kudos to all involved in this resale store! Put this one on your list of resale stores to visit! You won't be disappointed."

"Unfortunately I too had a bad experience here. I will say I love the display of clothes and furniture. I found the prices and quantity to be very good. I especially like the daily bonus sales. Out of 6 pairs of shoes I bought, 2 were broken. To be fair, the older clerk reduced the pricing on the damaged shoes. Of the clothes I liked, a few were stained. These were to be sold as is without apology or discount. I was told if I didn't want to buy the stained items, they would remove them from my purchase. I felt they shouldn't be on the floor to begin with or at least discount the item as it will be the customers risk to try to remove the stain and the charity will benefit something from the sale. Were they putting them back on the floor to sell them? The amount of stained and broken items was significant. I caution anyone purchasing to look closely for defects! The volunteers working to get the items on the floor were lovely. I found the older blonde woman and younger black haired woman to be fairly rude and condescending. The younger one especially, putting down the volunteers as not knowing what they are doing as they are "just volunteers"."

"Quantum house resale has a great selection of pre-owned fashion and home decor items. Everything seems reasonably priced for the quality product you get, and the small vignettes and displays are wonderful! The items you find there are simply treasures. Like all thrift stores and resale stores you must go often to find exactly what you like but it is well worth the trip. Rhonda is super nice and pleasant to deal with. I will be shopping there again as well as donating. I love the project they support with their sales. If you are headed to Jupiter in like to find great deals I highly suggest you put this on your list. Location is convenient right off of Indiantown and parking is plentiful. Go!"
