"We contracted Nicole for our kitchen remodel, a large job. The quality of the cabinets was good but the work took double the amount of time that was initially outlined and even though we had delays on appliances, the main reason for the delays were her non-responsiveness to text and phone calls. After repeatedly asking for construction drawings of our project (which we never received) most especially a table at our bar area (we were concerned with the stability) we had to consult with outside sources to ensure the table wouldn't collapse from the weight. Her projected cost far less than the actual cost of the countertop and we had made no changes in our initial plans. The vendors she recommended also were non-responsive to us, even though we were paying them directly. Specifically the countertop company - Expo Stone. We made multiple text to Nicole for status update or specific questions with no response. We asked her to meet to only have her cancel last minute. She double billed services in her invoices but we caught these and she rectified. She expected payment on the last day of work even though one of the pendant lights was broken at install. She didn't feel she needed to rectify the issue even though she ordered the lights and her contractors installed. We were simply expected to eat the cracked globe. I could never recommend Nicole at Kitchen Concepts to anyone because of her lack of responsiveness, follow up, and professionalism."
