"I kept hearing about this liquor store so was happy to stop by and patronize them. I bought 3 Whip Shots to take to a party 1of them ended up not working so when I called them they werent too excited about it but I told them I would be there the next day. They opened at noon I was there mins later and the guy at the register said that they would not exchange it or give me my money back. Then a female voice that I'm not sure where it was coming from (because she forgot about customer service and didn'y have the decensy to come up to me to speak to me like a human) said that I would have to contact Whip Shots myself! Huh?! I could've swore I bought it from Palm why do I have to contact the liquor company? Doesn't Palm have a distibutor or something to contact. I didn't argue I told them that they could keep the malfunctioned bottle they sold me and trash it. Hope that $16 was worth disappointing a paying customer. Customer service is definitly non existant here and they won't get any of my money ever again. Rude and no customer service asking me to do their job."
