"The owner smokes while he is behind the counter in an enclosed store which causes the store to be pungent and you leave smelling like an ash tray! The prices are ridiculous and it caters to the neighborhood being downtrodden. The only benefit is for the gamblers, smokers and alcoholics. It defaces the community."
